Q: Will I have a warranty if you are by chance not on “my” insurance company’s list?

A: YES!! You are our customer first! All Selman collision repair center customers receive a written lifetime warranty when their repairs are complete.

Q: Will Selman charge me more than my insurance company pays for repairs (excluding deductibles) if you are by chance not on “my” insurance company’s list?

A: Nope, we will work with your insurance company and honor all competitive pricing to eliminate any worries on your part.

Q: I am having issues submitting my photos online. What can I do?

A: Sorry for the inconvenience with our online estimating system. While we work to fix it, feel free to email your name, cell phone or home number and the photos you’d like to upload to Selman’s online estimators at info@selmancollision.com

Q: Do I need to schedule an appointment before visiting Selman Collision?

A: No appointments are necessary! Just stop in and we’ll take care of you..

Q: My insurance adjuster has not seen my car yet. Do I have to finish that process before I give you the keys?

A: No you do not. If it is more convenient for you to drop your car off with us and have the insurance adjusters do their appraisal at our location, then that’s not an issue. We work with all major insurance companies in order to advise them on anything your vehicle needs fixed.
